This applies to to Organisation Admins
The My Wellbeing Resources (MWR) is the follow-up content that a user will see on screen after completing a check-in.
To manage these settings, click on Org Settings in the left hand menu and then click the My Wellbeing Resources tab.
It's made up of a few elements, each of which can be turned on or off and edited. Once you've made any changes you can Preview the changes after clicking Save.
In The Moment Support
From time to time our system may identify, based on the responses given to a check in, that an individual could potentially benefit from some additional support. Govox can prompt those individuals to connect with your internal/external support teams. Those that choose to speak to somebody within your organisation can be immediately notified via email as well as the request to talk being shown on the wellbeing dashboard.
From this screen you can configure messages that a shown based on a happiness score & messages that show if the user agrees to a potential intervention.
Resources Page
You can pick from one of our pre-built resource pages or build your own. This page is designed to signpost users to free support services or highlight any support services your organisation currently offers.
To access this page, the user will click on Resources in the side menu.
Show All Available Resources
This is a module that allows the user to search across all the wellbeing content we have ever published.
Show Third Party Services
This allows you to add a custom HTML block on the home page of MWR. Perhaps highlighting any important signposting that you don't anyone to miss.
