What is the Review Hub?
The Review Hub provides a streamlined way to:
- 👥 View all respondents in one place – No need to check individual survey group dashboards. All responses appear as they come in.
- 🔍 Track statuses quickly – Identify who requires attention at a glance.
- 📝 Review past check-ins & notes – Gain insights over time.
- ✏️ Update statuses & add notes – Keep records of reviews and actions for improved tracking.
This feature brings all key information together, allowing for faster and more meaningful action.
This feature will not replace any of your existing dashboards, this is an alternative way to manage your responses.
Key Features & How to Use Them
1. Centralised People View
See all respondents across multiple groups and surveys in one place.
- Filter by group, status, response date, individual, or happiness score.
- Identify respondents who may need further support based on check-in history.
🔹 How to Use:
- Use the filters at the top of the page to find specific individuals or trends.
- Click on a respondent’s name to load detailed check-in data.
- If no filters are applied, the list will display all respondents.
2. Status Tracking & Bulk Updates
Each respondent now has a review status:
- ⚪ Not Reviewed
- ✅ Reviewed - No Action Needed
- ⚠️ Follow-up Required
- ❌ Immediate Action Needed
- 📅 Follow-up Scheduled
- 📝 Notes Added
🔹 How to Use:
- Update an individual's status via the Review Hub details pane.
- Apply bulk updates to multiple respondents simultaneously.
💡 Tip: Statuses help you keep track of who has been reviewed and who may need further action.
3. Notes & Action Tracking
- Add detailed notes when reviewing a check-in.
- View past notes and status history to understand a respondent’s journey.
- Track actions taken across multiple staff members, ensuring clear visibility.
🔹 How to Use:
- Click "View Notes" to see a respondent’s complete history.
- Add a note when updating a status to provide further details.
4. Happiness & Concern Trends
Each check-in includes a Happiness Score, represented by one of five categories:

| Very Happy | 😊 |
| Happy | 🙂 |
| Neutral | 😐 |
| Unhappy | 🙁 |
| Very Unhappy | 😡 |
Respondents’ happiness scores are compared over time to identify trends:
| Trend | Meaning |
|---|---|
| ✅ Improving | Happiness score has increased since the last check-in. |
| ➖ Stable | No significant change. |
| 📉 Declining Concern | The score is dropping and may require attention. |
🔹 How to Use:
- Use trend indicators to prioritise respondents who need support.
- Click "View History" to compare previous check-ins.
FAQs & Common Questions
Who can access the Review Hub?
The Review Hub is available to staff responsible for reviewing respondents (Report Users & Report Owners) within their associated groups. If you're an Org Admin, you will see all responses.
How does this affect previous check-ins?
New check-ins completed after 20th March 2025 will have a status assigned.
Older check-ins do not have assigned statuses by default to avoid overwhelming users.
