The Govox platform allows you to connect directly with CPOMS, helping you streamline safeguarding and wellbeing reporting.
How to set up the integration
Log in as an Organisation Admin
Only organisation administrators can configure integrations.Navigate to Organisation Settings
From your dashboard, go to Org Settings.
Select Integrations.
Add CPOMS Integration
Click Add CPOMS Integration.
A screen will appear where you’ll need to enter your CPOMS details.
These details will be provided to you directly by CPOMS.
Configuring what data is sent
Once the integration is set up, you have two options for sending information from Govox to CPOMS:
By Happiness Score
You can configure the system to send all check-in responses where the happiness score falls below a set percentage. This allows you to capture and escalate concerns automatically.By Individual Question Responses
You can also choose to send data from specific answers.Go to Question Set.
Select the question set you want to edit.
Choose Edit Question.
Under the question, you’ll see a checkbox: Send to CPOMS on Red Flag.
Tick this if you’d like any red flag answers to that question to be sent directly to CPOMS.
Next Steps
Once configured, the system will automatically pass the relevant information to CPOMS based on your chosen settings.
