If you find from reviewing the wellbeing dashboard for your team that you'd like to encourage more of your team to engage with the check in there are a number of things you can do:
- Let your team know how much you value the information you receive via the check in by acting on any insights their check in gives you. If your team see that positive actions are taken if they speak up through the check in they will be more likely to engage with it.
- If you currently don't have the ability for your team to remain anonymous at the end of a check in please discuss with us, as this may remove a potential barrier to people participating.
- As with everything, communication is key.
