This applies to Check-in owners & organisation admins. How do I find out what role I have ?
- Once logged in click on the cog symbol (manage team) next to the survey that you want to remove someone from.
- A screen will open with 4 tabs (Schedule, Users, Report Users, Questions)
- Click on the Users tab, displayed on this tab are the names and emails of everyone registered to receive the check in under that team.
- Click on the Remove button next to the team member you wish to remove.
- You will prompted to confirm that you wish to remove them. If you confirm then they are removed from the check in from that point on and will receive no further communications from Govox.
